[Happened in Jeypore town of Koraput dist. in Odisha. Dont remember the exact date it happened. Somewhere in last week of July 2012]

Had to renew my mom's and my passport. Every document was in place. While leaving the station after submitting the documents, heard someone calling be back. It was the same officer who had collected the docs. Asked me for a bribe without any sign of hesitation or shame on his face. I didn't pay.

Went back after around 20-25 days. Job was undone. Reluctantly gave him 1000/- (500*2).

JOB DONE!!
