I applied for permission for construction of my house after demolishing my old house. Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation insisted for LRS (Land regularisation Certificate) from another dept of GHMC. I was compelled to pay Rs.10,000/-bribe to the concerned person for issueing the certificate which is prerequisite for applying for building permission. And obtaining building permission is another big head ache in GHMC. They are demanding hefty bribe. I am yet to pay but it seems I have got to pay as I need the permission to apply for Housing loan.
