I retired in the month of Jan 2010. I approached Bandra Terminus railway station for luggage booking. Railway station premises is full of agents acting as railway staff. They know every thing about parcel and babus of railways. I had to pay one liquor bottle to the railway parcel booking clerk and Rs. 500/- to the agent to get my luggage loaded on the train.
