I had to get my VISA from US consulate and was in very hurry, the person who made our marriage certificate didnt ask for it directly but showed his intention that if we would not pay him something extra he would delay the process. We couldnt wait more, my tickets were booked and VISA appointment was due had to get it done this way or other... he was taking unnecessary time but time but the moment my father gave him some money and pleaded that please sahab get it done on time else my daughter will be in trouble he did it after warming his pocket with Rs.1000. When offered money he was reacting as he didnt want it but he took it as well and speedily completed the work.
