I was suppose to take admission in Govt polytechnic at gulbarga. i was suppose to produce medical certificate. when for the same i had been to govt hospital. they dint provide me one untill i paid them Rs 500. i told them i belong to a poor family bt still they dont understand the situation. and my financial status at that time was very bad and i asked them to take Rs.200. they dint agree. hence i had to pay the whole amount by taking loan from my uncle.
