Mental harrassment for bribe and gifts
I m working for the same organisation. Our boss continuesly demands gifts, mobile, money etc. If his requirements is not fulfilled by any one then he immediately takes action against him. In general he talks politely. But later starts to harrass mentally till we fullfill his needs.
