I was coming from europe and was carrying laptop, camera's and other things, the customs wanted to open my bags, he said either i open the bags or give him 75 euros, i had a long flight and didn't want to be bothered, so i bargained with him and reduced it to 50 euros, i was asked to pay the money to the police constable on duty there, all this guys work together.
