Mumbai police officials are bribing poor innocent railway commuters by charging them falsely that they got into a ladies compartment in peak hours. The luggage compartment is not highlighted properly that it's a ladies compartment. The police detained 10 people innocent laborers and charged a bribe of Rs. 400 from each of them. He earns in thousands
