My scooter ceased due to non payment of bribe

On 1st july, i was going for a work by my scooter. on the crossing, when I was crossing it was green light but suddenly it became red. The policeman caught me and asked for all documents. I presented all documents immediately. Even then he demanded Rs.100 as bribe. I refused to pay Rs.100. On the next movement, without listening me he ceased my scooter. He wrote 6 points against me, e.g. driving while drinking (I never even touch) riding of scooter upon him etc. I didnot signed on the ceasing receipt.
I applied in court for releasing my scooter on the same day. But order for releasing was passed only on 4th of July-2011 by levying penalty of Rs.400 on me. I paid the penalty and I had to pay Rs.100 as bribe to the court's clerk for getting copy of releasing order.
After getting when I went to the police to got release my scooter, I have to pay Rs.50 and one pan masala for got release my scooter.
So in this way, I had to suffer so much and bear amount around Rs. 600 due to non paying bribe of Rs.100 at initial stage.
