I was travelling from ghakopar to tahne via LBS Marg.
Near bhandup police chowki area a traffic police man stopped my vehicle & told number plate with small alphabets & big letters is not allowed. I told him I dont know about this rule & i paid him 100 RS. after bragaining with him. Till todays date i see many vehicle with such type of number plates. This means he just wanted money from me.
