It is not "I paid bribe". It should be "We were forced to pay bribes". Myself ****** ************ from Kerala, my friends ****** ******* ********** from Odisha and ********** ******** from Chhindwara came to the ITI today morning to collect the Apprenticeship certificate. The officer checked our hall tickets and verified the roll numbers. Later, he gave us the mark sheets. Later he told us to give him sweets. He meant money. We refused to pay him money. He asked us outside the room. Later threatened us that we will definitely come to him for collecting the original NAC. Later, we were forced to give him money. We gave him Rs 50 per person.
