Was stopped by Constable and said was coming at a high speed and asked to pay him a fine of 600 or he will send the vehicle to court which I couldn't understand either. Later came closer to ask for 200 and leave on our way. The fact is there wasn't even a road where I was driving how could I possibly overspeed on it. And I don't think a Constable has a right to stop and demand fine. As it was midnight and had to deal with him somehow we were left with no other alternative than paying the bribe so we could continue our journey.
