Paid 600 for getting marriage certificate

I paid 500 RS to sub registrar office staff in Begur Road,Bangalore for getting marriage certificate. Actual fees is 210 RS but they demanded 600 in total for issuing the certificate and he used to take from all the people who register their marriages.
