I had to bribe the official at the Bandra court office of the registrar . My official fees were 3000 but the agent took 4000 saying that he I'll need to bribe the officials 3000 and he will charge 1000 for the efforts.i was forced to go the agent way twice .once you visit the registrars office you will feel that the agents are acting like government official and they over power the govt staff.The staff keeps quiet since they are being paid a bribe over and above their salary.
