Paid Bribe for filing ER 1 Return and for other certificate

We have paid bribe to the superintendent hebbagodi Range II , III and technical superintendent for filling ER 1 return . They insist a monthly arrangement whereby we need to pay every month 2000/- to them. There are some adhoc certificate we need to get for the ease for the business for importing goods from outside India, for that also the superintendent charged bribe for 2000/- each certificate.
