Paid a bribe to get the form 6 transfer on my name

I bought a house in Amravati city in Maharashtra.
I had to pay a bribe of rs 500 to the officer to get the form 6 transferred on my name. The officer told me upfront that he will not do it unless i pay him 500 rs. I had no choice to pay him otherwise i would have wasted another day there and could not join my office at hyd
