PAID A BRIBE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK FROM BESCOM, COMMERCIAL TO DOMESTIC
Earlier we had a commercial connection which we paid around 25000 as a bribe and a deposit of 14000... 4 years later we planned to shut down the business and asked for a conversion from COMMERCIAL TO DOMESTIC, for which they demanded 8000 rupees as bribe... which came down to 6500... Then here comes the funny part... The deposit which I paid earlier had to go under so much of deduction and finally got 6000 credited to my account... Which is lesser than the amount which I paid as a bribe... sounds funny to me...
