I was entering in andhra state near chittoor one of the RTO check post. fot giving the permit RTO police asked for bribe. Actual tax is 1790 but they asked 2000 rs also for vechile entry i had to pay 50 rs as bribe . These RTO inspectors are real bastard they simply overcharged to uneducated drivers mostly truck drivers.
