Paid bribe for quick process of International Driving License

I was running out of time and i had to catch my international flight, departing the next day from Hyderabad. My driving license was issued in Vijayawada and so had approached the RTA, Vijayawada to issue my International Driving License. I told them, to issue it within the same day as i had to catch my flight in a metropolitan city, the next day.
The RTA inspector demanded Rs.300 to pay and WITHOUT EVEN SUBMITTING COPY OF VISA IN THE PASSPORT (required to submit while applying for International Driving License), he managed somehow and issued me a International driving License by evening.
