The government officers at higher level are so smart that they do not accept bribes directly from the person whom they want to take it. I purchased a site from a developer and had to pay 5000 Rs for the registrar for the registrations of the property and 3500 Rs for obtaining the Katha certificate from MUDA. Even after paying the bribe amount I have not received the katha certificate still. I had to pay the bribe amount to the developer who was selling the land to me and he would pay it to the concerned officers. I purchased the site for 5.5 Lacs and the registration was done only for 1.9 Lacs. The rest of the amount I which I have earned paying the taxes for had to be given to the developer as BLACK MONEY. It was a lot of pain for me when I was involved in this type of a system. I wanted the registration to be done for the entire amount that I paid to the developer but came to know that was not allowed in the system.
Hope that all this corruption system comes to an end soon. Hope that our coming generations enjoy living in a corruption less *******
