We have moved to panchkula in from MUMBAI this year and are living in a rented accomodation. i wanted to make a driving licence, but did not have address proof. The RTO does not approve of notarized rent agreements. i even told that i could produce documents of address proof from my company, but no avail. So in the absence of any address proof, i had to pay a bribe of 1500 rs to a agent named **********. He took the money and promised licence in 1 week, but till date has neither returnrd money nor provided licence. so finally i had to get a ration card made (again paid bribe of 3000 rs), then applied again using it as a address proof, and finally got licence.
