Paid probe for parking vehicle in no parking area

Yesterday 5.05.2016 at 6:30pm, I parked my two wheeler in CHEMBUR railway station. Though I kept within the parking area, RTO people took away my vehicle. After explaining my position also, they rudely said give us Rs.200/-, then only we can release your vehicle. The CHEMBUR suman Nagar RTO is worst and they are taking bribe daily. This has happened to many of my friend circle also. Even though, thay pick the vehicle in non parking area, still they are not controllin or regulation deadly traffic in chembur railway station area.Please take strict action against RTO.
