My husband paid Rs500 to get marriage certificate as the officials there not giving proper response about the situation. After receiving Rs500 they are very happy and they showed some respect and did their work. We got the marriage certificate by evening of the same day. Before receiving the bribe they said it will take 2-3 months as they have lot of applications in the queue.
