I applied for my wife's passport in ghaziabad paasport office and the verification police personal came to my house on a working day. When he was told that my wife is a student(this I had mentioned in the form as well) and she would be available on an off day or in the evening after college. He threatened for submitting a negative report and asked us to visit his office. When my wife & I visited his office he asked for the "**********", and I had to satisfy his demand of Rs. 1000
After two days another police personal came and threatened about the same. My mother again had to satisfy this guy, by lending money from the neighborhood.
I have still not received the passport and the status says "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined".
I am in a fix how much money more I need to pay :(
