I paid estate officer, junior engineer and clerical staff at ********** Panchkula office a bribe of Rs 23,000 to get a plot transferred under my name....all officials took a cut from peon to Estate Officer. They will make ridiculous excuses to not to move the file from one table to another, morality has vanished ail together as soon as one becomes Govt. *******
