I'm building a house in a place called Nolambur (outskirts of chennai). If a lorry load of bricks or sand arrive at our site the beat constable would be the first person to arrive to collect a bribe of 500 Rs. He has been doing it for the last 1 year. In spite of storing these bricks in a adjacent vacant site he still threatens the workers and collects the bribe from our watchman. Pathetic sick people.
