Every where in INDIAN GOVT wants Chai-Pani, one friend who wanted his passport, went to the police to get his Police Verification status report. They would not give it without chia-pani. THey demand 500 per officer. Then 5 officers appeared. How can a poor man, who has no job, going to middle east to find a job pay chia-pani. They said, you will go out
