Its their daily practice at Pune Railway station gate Parcel & Luggage section. Whenever sending any vehicle via Railway parcel from any X location officer at that station checks vehicle & makes its Petrol tank empty and then only he accepts that vehicle. At Pune station when anyone receives his vehicle at gate pimps of these Policemen check vehicle and even a drop of petrol is there they just don't hesitate to misbehave with you. Police accompany them & will tell you whole story that how much you will get fined & what can be done with you and lastly he will ask for Rs.500/- and I managed to give him Rs.100/-. I generally don't give bribe but on that day I was already late for my office.

You can see these things happen openly at Pune Railway station Parcel & Luggage section Gate. At my time Mr.********** was the Police Constable there.

I suppose this platform to be a weapon against corruption and today here I take oath as will never ever Give, Take or Help for Bribe. This is I am doing to be honest towards my Nation and I request all to do same.
