Regarding duty and foreign liquor.(International Arrival)
When we arrive at airport incoming baggage will screen (x-**********) so it is visible what are the items which we have to pay duty But the person who is doing(x-**********) that will mark our bag/box with a choke to identify and later any one of the customs officer will say that you are liable for duty which is 5000 rupees if you pay us 2000 rupees we will allow and will say decide fast and they will also suggest if you dont have indian rupees can be pay by dollar/pound or foreign currency..we dont know the rule so am scared and negotiated and paid 750 rupees and he pointed a old staff and told go and give to him..I paid to escape..and its happening everyday each and every arrival and its big group .paasenger will pay and they are making big amount .. I could see most of them are paying to them..Its corrupted almost all the airport customs department..
