We bought a apartment in Nandigama, ********** District, Andhra Pradesh. Actual cost of the Aprtment was 23 Lacs; but registration was done for 7.55 Lacs. (I don't why we need to show less amount, when we are paying 22 lacs.) We paid to Registar officer Rs/.75,000 Bribe. He said it is a common practise without this he won't register flat on our name. He said he earns lot of money on bribe. Usually many registrations takes place this place, he earns minimum 20 Lacs per day. Amazing amount. What he does with this money?????
