Hi in past years my VAt pion was blocked, cause my accountant /I forget to submit the VAt return, So my pin was blocked as rule. i request to release the pin no. then i hire a another Charted Accountant to release it. i was ready to pay all the fine . like daily fine sum of 15-20 days.... this was like 3-5000 something. i got reciept of that . But i paid 10,000 in total to release my Pin. all the rest amount from Daily fine was a bribe.... What a systm. This is only one example. IN every action either in police, tax, in all daily life.. we have to give Bribe...
