Hi,
I paid Bribe to a BWSSB water suppy Engineer. The reason I paid bribe was because there was water leakage in the main pipe which was passing through my entry gate of my house. Every time the water is supplied there was huge water flowing in front of my house. I asked BWSSB officials no cared about it and other water supply engineer. He was not even interested with issue. So I kept quiet since it was not affecting me in any way. Out of the blue moon there was a Engineer near my home clearing a the issue. I was happy thinking atleast the govt has woke up. After the completion of work , the Engineer asked me 2000 Rs I was shocked what is the reason that I have to pay, the problem was near your house you have to pay. I told I am not going to pay. He abused me and asked the workers to cut my pipe connection. I asked him why are doing this. He told atleast pay me now. I was put to a cut throat situation. I finally negotiated the deal to 1500.This is really pathetic to talk to these guys as well.
