NIT creating lot of problems for sanction of new construction site. But if you go through their channel, engineering (map maker) then linked babu's, their inchange and then top boss (Building Engineer-South/NIT). NIT-Nagpur(Nagpur Improvement Trust) is most corrupted agency in the nagpur. Now situation has become so critical to make own house for middle class man. NIT charging 24/25 Rs. per SQ.FT means approx. 30000-40000 for 1500 sq.ft plot for development and development is not taking place upto the mark. Then in next step, NIT charging 12/- Rs. per sq.ft for map sanction means 18000-20000/- for 1500 sq.ft plot. Please justify this much amount are charging by NIT for development, so what is role of central govt./state govt. and their agency because everything is charging from individual then what is role of govt.please highlight the issue.
