The police man came and ask for the paper. He completed the formalities and found everything OK. When he finished, he asked for kharcha Pani, when i said that i am not going to pay kharca pani. He said that he has to pay first in the police station from his pocket and then he get this passport enquiry. So he is bound to take money.
