I am a retired employee of Tata Steel. I have always been proud of my town Jamshedpur, but for this one incident which has left a scar in my heart.
Staying alone with my wife(and nearing the age of a senior citizen), I have to take care of all the household chores along with the day to day activities like paying bills.
This one incident has made a dent in my ********** on sarkari karmacharis. I had to get the the IT refund cheque processed and due to which I was forced to pay a bribe of Rs 500 to the person in the office, and only then he/she agreed to expedite the issue. I hope someone monitoring this website would take strict action against the public office in general and the concerned person in particular.
