They are asking Bribe
My brother received a cheque from Government on her daughter's name as "Dhan Laxmi" it is in one of Anganwadi's. One of Municiapal employee asking Rs.2,000 to get this cheque in order to deposit in bank and warned that if it is not paid soon thecheque will be cancelled and returned back to Government by saying my brother doesn't deserve that amount as he is not under BPL category.
What should be done to get that cheque with out bribing?
