Ticket collector corrupted

When a friend of mine and I were got into the train in Agra at about 1:00pm, the ticket collector(T.C) demanded Rs.500/- to give us the berths. Both of us had reservations confirmed(but there was no seat number mentioned on the ticket). When we showed our tickets and requested for berths he demanded the money. I gave him Rs.200/-. That night was a nightmare. There were several other passengers surrounded T.C that night. I think he is taking around Rs.10,000/- black money a day to his home.
