Cause we needed to give the document withing the stipulated time, once i asked inside, but since it takes more than an 7-10, if documents are wrong, not good, they will be dustbin, so the agent outside, told us to pay the bribe of 1500 of caste certificate, its like the hell every one want the bribe in that city of davangere, even highest officials from the DC to the peon, wants to move the file, those were the words told by the agent, whats wrong in paying it,!!!! if the govt officials wont tell what documents or there is no flexibility of documents how can common man with father being transferred, will be able to give the exact documents, its more like fighting the jungle with the ant!!!!
