We wanted to get BWSSB connection to our Apartment at Amruthnagar, Hebbal Bangalore.
Our apartment was G+3 and pretty old (more than 11 year old).
Mr.Narayanswamy (bwssb office sahakarnagar) asked us to pay 800000/- bribe towards file movement charges. The money was supposed to be given to bwssb licensed contractor.
Until we paid the bribe we were harassed by his officials visiting our estate premise and slamming us for polluting storm water drain.
