Hi,
I am a resident of Bharthinagar, Bangalore. From 3 weeks we are getting contaminated water and in spite of several complaints nothing concrete has been done. Once the BBWSSB offcials paid a visit and did a shabby job of rectifying the problem and asked for Rs. 1000 bribe which we paid. Just 3 days we got clean water and we again started getting contaminated water. As usual i called the BWSSB helpline and the same agonizing wait continued. And the officials came yesterday and asked for Rs.5000 bribe. Feel helpless and sad the way this issue has been dealt.
Please advice on the necessary action
