Bribe for adding mother's name in Ration *******

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Adding Name to Ration Card
• Paid INR 3,500

My mother was staying with my elder brother's family before he left for America to settle. He got removed mother's name from his ration card & handed me a certificate from Ration Card office that since then my mother will stay with me. I tried with Ration Card office for 2 months, I failed. Then I contacted "AGENT" who charged Rs.3500/- for the same job & got added name of my mother to my ration card wtihin 7 days.

Above incident is one of many incidences where I paid bribe in every walk of life whenever I had to deal with govt. employee e.g. income tax officer for income tax clearance certificate, police for passport clearance, RTO agent for driving licence etc.
