I was ready to pay official fees for the full width of the
road to relay the damaged water pipe. Authorities dodged me for about a month without processing my application. There was enormous water leakage. Out of social concern and a backlash from the neighbours i had to approach the official middleman to settle. official fees for half width was taken and rest as a bribe to atleast 3 officials. I was assured that i will be protected.
