I have paid Rs 10,000 as bribe for getting my property registered for the yearly property tax, these people are not afraid of any one, they do not fear to take bribe in their office, first they will make you visit their office many time by keeping your request pending after you get frustrated they will tell you if u pay the amount i will do your work in few days and after taking bribe also they dont do the work so it is still waste of money shame on the government.
