Mr pydaraju sanitary inspector has asked for rs 100 per copy. and now my grandfather death certificate is ready but he is not giving us until i have not pay him. till now i havent given the bribe bt he is forcing me to . he is an official of ward no 46 ,visakhapatnam west constituency.
