ARO - Kanikraj at Cox town , BBMP office, incharge of Lingarajpuram , Sarvagna ward.
Paid him 2500/- in advance + 500/- as DD in name of Commissioner BBMP.
Balance 2000/- yet to pay on receipt of Khatha name transfer confirmation.
Paid amount on 04.12.2014, he claimed to issue khatha post name change on 24.12.2014 , where as till date no news about the same and is not giving concrete answer to my queries.
He has not even given me an acknowledgement even on demand.
He holds with him about 100+ DDs in his pouch and many documents of those who have applied for different services and has not commissioned even a single document. He will act upon only if the bribe is paid to him.
In my case though I have paid him in advance , he has taken me for granted and is escaping from his duties , kindly advice me and help me in getting my Khatha on time.
