R.C.Meena working in FCI as GM VIP/ Board Cell, he was previously a GM Rajasthan wherein he has done bad things and demands too much from staff/ and he sexually harasses women and has got CBI cases and Sexual Harassment cases against him, presently in delhi he is having affairs with Smt Rashi Sinha wife of GM Deepak Sinha, he has harassed me for posting for which i paid 300000/-.
