Delhi to vote for corruption free city

Delhi this February will vote for a safer and corruption-free city as the top issue on voters' mind seems to be safety of women followed by corruption.
According to the India Today Group-Cicero opinion poll, while 20 per cent people think safety of women is the most important issue for voters, 17 per cent feel corruption is the top agenda which will determine whom they vote for. Water woes comes next with 12 per cent, followed by price rise/inflation at 10 and unemployment at 9. Around 30 per cent had other various issues and 2 per cent "can't say/didn't know" when asked "What is the major issue for you while casting your vote for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections?"
Delhiites want new government to take care of electricity-roads-water
When asked about issues the new government must pay utmost attention to, Electricity-Roads-Water came first with 39 per cent. Law and order came second with 33 per cent followed by health and education (15 per cent), cleanliness (6) and transport facilties (3).
As part of the India Today Group-Cicero opinion poll, people were asked "Out of law & order, health & education, cleanliness, electricity-roads-water & transport facilities which should the new government must pay utmost attention to?" and the responses show how infrastructure comes way up on a Delhiite's priority list.
The total sample of survey, conducted in all 70 constituencies and 210 polling stations, was 4,459. In Wave I of the survey in December 2014, the sample size was 4,273.
Delhi goes to the polls on February 7 for the 70-member Assembly.
