Asked for a bribe for not wearing a Helmet
In Bangalore I was asked to pay up Rs 100/- for driving a scooter without a helmet. I was told that if I did not give 100 Rs I'll be fined for Rs 500. I Insisted that i be fined for Rs 500 and given a receipt.
This was not expected and i was let go with a warning and without any fine.
