Asked for bribe, i refused to pay. Now my work is not done.
In Dhemaji district of Assam, I went for fitness certificate, i was asked bribe rs 2000. I refused to pay. Now MVI says remove d body, change the windshield, etc etc which will cost rs 20,000. He refused to give me fitness, nd my work is not done. While another auto came, paid d bribe nd got fitness with similar body..
