Bharat Gas - New Connection denied because i have not opted for hotplates

Respected Sir/Madam,

My waitlist ID for applying new Bharat gas connection is 7649174

To submit my documents (POA, POI) i went to mentioned Bharat Gas agency "Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout, Banglore"
As i know 1-cylider will cost 1600Rs and 2-cylinder 3050 (inculding regulator)

This gas agency is quoting

6100Rs :- 1 Gas cylinder + 2-burner gas stove + 1 regulator + 1 gas pipe
9600Rs :- 2 Gas cylinder + 2-burner gas stove + 1-pressure cooker or grider + 1 regulator + 1 gas pipe

when i insisted only gas cylinder enough, gas agency denied & returned my amount & document, saying that they have run their family and im arguing like illiterate. Even i have too run the family, why i should pay 6450 extra to get the subsidy gas connection.

This is a clear violation of MRTP act. Requesting resolve this.
